The contractor is close Co-operation and consultation with the Department of Human Resource Development Direccion General de Desarrollo Profesional (DGDP) of the Ministry of Educationms and the regional training centers of the Universidad Pedagogica Nacional Franciscan Morazan (UPNFM) responsible for creating a training course in blended learning format (e-tutoring, semipraesenzial and digitally supported) for administrative skills in decentralized education management including the topics of integrity, ethics, human rights (in particularRights of children and adolescents and indigenous peoples), social integration and gender as well as the necessary basic media skills. This requires:
- Analysis of the need for in-service training of specialists and executives, - Creation of a practice-oriented, digitally supported training concept on the basis of a competence profile for professionals and employees- training and accompaniment of the partners in the preparation of training modules of the training modules and logistical and organizational preparation and follow-up, - implementation of the training in cooperation with the partners, - Development of a manual and implementation of a procedure for the activeModerate evaluation of training opportunities (learning transfer).
It is important that the training content, teaching and learning materials and digital methodologies of the training measure take into account the national and cultural requirements for individual empowerment and institutional interrelations. The application of Do-No-Harm is expected.
