British Council works across a range of states delivering large scale contracts, partnership programmes, examinations, projects as well as services in Arts, Education and Society and English and Exams. Nigeria has the largest project, programme and exams operations in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). We operate from 4 main office locations. Individually, the Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt Exams offices alone are the 1, 2 and 3 largest exams businesses by transaction in SSA respectively. Having online payment facility would improve our customer satisfaction as they will be able to make payments for products and services with ease. The purpose and scope of this ITT and supporting documents is to explain in further detail the requirements of the British Council and the procurement process for submitting a tender proposal.

Suppliers who wish to express an interest and take part in the tender process will be required to register on our e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil. Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and 'means of proof' will be required. These conditions are outlined in the ITT.
