Realization of 2 studies mid-term environmental assessment and thematic evaluation within the framework of the evaluationn of the rural development program of Mayotte 2014-2020, and support to the realization of the leading program via animation at the LAGs and the processing of the files.

The provider will have to carry out an environmental assessment half 2018, based on the initial state defined in the ex-ante environmental assessment. This assessment should include the analysis of the actual significant effects of theRDPs on the environment, by cross-referencing previously completed projects (or a sample) with the environmental issues defined in the Strategic Environmental Assessment; comparison with what this evaluation predicted; a proposal for monitoring impacts and measures; recommendations for the end of the 2014-2020 programming and the main orientations for the next (2021-2027).
