Auf dem Friedrich-List-Platz 2 in 01069 Dresden, the new building of the joint headquarters of DREWAG and ENSO with two high-rise buildings is planned andconnects the City Center from the south. The construction site borders on Lindenaustrasse in the south. Fritz-Loeffler-Str. Is in the east. with tram tracks and in the west a neighboring property with lower buildings. The new building is planned with two basement levels, the construction pit is approx. 9 m deep. 1) The award procedure is standardized for all services as a negotiation procedure in accordance with Section 119 (5) GWB i, V. m. Section 13 (1) i. V. m. - 15 SektVO led. First of all, they are listed under IV.2.2). the specified deadline (March 12, 2020, 11:00 a.m.) to submit / submit applications for participation with the required declarations and evidence (i.e. no offers to be submitted yet). 2) Forthe preparation of the application documents and the offer is not reimbursed.

3) Members of applicant groups must in principle submit all statements / evidence for each member. Evidence that is not in German must be submitted as a certified translation into German (required minimum standard).

4) Multiple applications are not permitted. A multipleApplication is also an application from different branches of an office. Multiple applications from members of a group of applicants or different branches of an office result in the withdrawal of all members of the group of applicants.

5) Failure to comply with the minimum standards required in the announcement or the tender documents ("Self-declaration") leads to non-participation in the procedure.

6) Applicants must check the contract documents immediately for completeness of the documents as well as for ambiguities. If the announcement or tender documents contain ambiguities, contradictions or, in the applicant`s view, these contradict applicable law, the applicant has the AG immediately in writingisen. If this is not done, the applicant is precluded with these objections.

7) Applicants must report violations of the procurement regulations. The provisions in Section 160 (3) GWB apply. If your complaint is not remedied, you are particularly obliged to submit a request for a review to the competent public procurement tribunal within 15 calendar days of receipt of this notificationureichen. Otherwise, the application is inadmissible in accordance with Section 160 (3) GWB.

8) The registrar reserves the right not to reply to queries that have not been received by 6 days before the submission deadline at the latest.
