Supply and assembly of the 2nd cremation line and subsequent replacement of the 1st line at the Cremation Pole
Supply, assembly and commissioning of all equipment, systems and apparatuses constituting a new cremation line ( 2nd Line) and, once the new line has been started, the subsequent replacement of the existing existing line (1st line), from insstand at the Polo for cremation inside the municipal cemetery of the city of Cremona. The supply includes crematory ovens, gas burners, combustion air supply systems, draft systems, combustion product expulsion chimneys with bypass, combustion gas filters, reagent dosing station, abatement systems NOx, scflue gas heat exchangers (air / water), circulation systems, dissipation systems (dry cooler), control systems, energy connections and connections (electricity, methane gas compressed air, aqueduct), accessories, traceability systems for the entire cremation procedure.

The contract relates to the supply, assembly and commissioningervice of all equipment, systems and apparatuses constituting a new cremation line (2nd line) and, once the new line has been started, the subsequent replacement of the existing existing line (1st line), to be installed at the Cremation pole inside the municipal cemetery of the city of Cremona. The supply includes crematory ovens, gas burners, systemscombustion air supply, draft systems, expulsion chimneys of combustion products with bypass, combustion gas filters, reagent dosing station, NOx abatement systems, smoke heat exchangers (air / water), circulation systems, dissipation systems (dry cooler), control systems, connections and energy connections(electricity, compressed air methane gas, aqueduct), accessories, traceability systems for the entire cremation procedure (coffin reception, cinerary urn delivery), training course for employees, crushing equipment with transfer cabin, trolleys for introduction of the caskets and, in general, of all the charges and services to supply and assemble aat 2nd cremation line and for the replacement of the current cremation line. The performance also includes all adaptations, movements and plant modifications to be performed on existing systems and the necessary plant movements (accumulation tanks, compressor, sprayer, pipes, dry cooler, etc.), as required by the Supplier during the tender. At the end2 distinct cremation lines, separate in the operating cycle, will both be active and both newly supplied. The service also includes all the charges and services and maintenance interventions (all inclusive) provided by the manufacturer (coupons) during the warranty period of 24 months (or for the longer period indicated by the conchorrid during the competition).
Professional eligibility requirements
The competitor must demonstrate his professional suitability by registering with the C.C.I.A.A. of the province in which it has its headquarters or a similar register of the EU member state for activities related to the object of the contract. The requirement must be possessed by all participating companies, even if in associated form.
Requistechnical and economic and financial capacity
Competitors, under penalty of exclusion, must meet the following requirements:
a) Over the past 5 years, they have provided at least 8 cremation lines complete with heat recovery devices and flue and emission treatment line;
b) Total minimum overall turnover in the five-year period prior to the pub datetender notice of at least EUR 5 000 000.
