Contract for the provision of services for the rental and maintenance of a radio communication system

Reference Number : M5-20-003/EUTM MALI/MHQ/J8

EUTM-Mali is looking for economic operators able to provide equipment and guarantee maintenance and other services relating to the rental of a radio communication system in Mali.

Due to the nature of its mission, EUTM-MALI uses a VHF radio network, the communications of which must be encrypted.

This network covers three regions within Mali: Bamako, Koulikoro and Kalifabougou.

The regions between Bamako and Koulikoro must be connected by a VPN type link. Two types of modes are used: portable and vehicle kits.

This contract covers the following services:

— the rental of the necessary equipment within the framework of this contract, and in accordance with the specific technical clauses of the specifications;

— the provision of the services described in the documents relating to this contract;

— the maintenance of the rented equipment in operational conditions, in accordance with the service levels described in the documents relating to this contract.

The continuity of the radio communication service must be ensured according to the minimum requirements described in the documents relating to this contract.
