Airline construction 2x90kv longoni-sada
EDM, a citizen company of reference in Mayotte, is in charge of the public utility of the electricity on the territory. In order to anticipate the development needs of the western facade of the island and contribute to the opening up of electricity and digital parts of the territory, EDM has launchedthe construction of the 2 transmission line of electricity Mayotte.2 / 6.
Main Site: MAYOTTE 976.
The service is to realize a high voltage line 90 kV of a length of about 18 km, including work civil engineering, supplies and assembly of electrical equipment (foundations, pylons, gantries, conductors, guard cables and their collisions). The provision of benefits, -materials and works at the charge of the holder are listed below:
- the realization of tracks of access to the existing pylons of runway, and their deposit after work with.
Reset to the initial state of the sites,
- l improvement of access roads to existing pylons (stabilization, stormwater management),
- pruning / clearing work,
- development and refurbishment work.the initial state of the land impacted by the temporary works.

- reimbursement of damage and negotiation of access,
- technical studies before, during and after the works,
- supply and the installation of all materials (steel, concrete, about 60 pylons, 2 gantries.)

List and brief description of the conditions:
The candidate must provide a declaration on the honor datee and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of the-July 23, 2015 on public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present. To assess their economic capacity and fcandidates submits the following information or supporting documents: (1) statement as to the applicant's overall turnover and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract; maximum over the last 3 years available according to the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the activity of the operator economic, insofar as information on these turnover figures is available; (2) balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheet, for the last three years, of economic operators for whom the preparation of the balance sheets is obligatory under the law; (3) appropriate bank statements or, where appropriate, evidence of adequate professional risk insurance.
