At the Frankfurt / Main airport, the runway N should be located within the existing traffic areas N3 and N-East to be thoroughly rehabilitated. For this purpose, paved areas have to be demolished and replaced by new, standardized asphalt-type superstructures. DThe supply and disposal infrastructure as well as traffic facilities of any kind must be adapted accordingly. The tender includes the necessary civil engineering and marking work. The construction is planned in pure night work over a period of about 110 nights. a. for execution:
1) about 35 600 m demolition superstructure asphalt (to about -80 cm)
2) about 6000 m demolition superstructure concrete (up to about -80 cm);
3) approx. 26 St reverse RW drainage including connection line;
4) approx. 3 200 m retardation of cable conduits and approx. 13 St. Elektroschaechte;
5) about 41 600 m Production of superstructure runway asphalt (base courses, binder and ceiling);
6) approx. 26 pcs. Production of RW waste incl. Connection cable;
7) approx. 13 pc. Electric hoses and approx m cable protection tubes (bi
DN 300);
8) approx. 300 m Production and filling of pipe graves;
9) approx. 500 m Production and filling of manhole pits;
10) approx. 55 pcs. Construction of windbreak fence elements;
11) Various de-marks and new markings for aircraft operations;
12) General documentation, survey and inspection services.

Thedocuments required by subparagraphs III.1.1 to III.1.3 (self-explanatory notes, information, certificates and other forms of proof) proving the absence of exclusion criteria pursuant to Sections 123 and 124 GWB (section III.1.1)), economic and financial capacity ( Point III.1.2)) and the technical and professional capacity (point III.1.3)) are in the DoThe information document entitled to apply for participation, which is made available electronically at www.vergabe.rib.de, will also be provided electronically at www.vergabe.rib.de Changes and additions remain (see VI.3.).
For submission of the orders required under subparagraphs III.1.1 to III.1.3The form sheets which are contained in the "Request for Participation" shall be used.
1) The absence of any exclusion reasons according to -- 123 and 124 GWB shall be substantiated in accordance with the terms of the document "Application to participate in the announcement" ) The economic and financial capacity is according to the documentss "Request for participation in the contract notice."
Procedure:
It is intended to gradually reduce tenderers who have demonstrated their eligibility in one or more rounds of negotiations by eliminating the less economically viable offerings before, the contract already on the basis of the first binding offers to PErg Supplements to be promulgated:
-It is referred to all further details of the "Application to advertise construction works" .The document is available at www.vergabe.rib.de provided electronically,
-The "informational tender documents" also become electronicprovided on the platform www.vergabe.rib.de; see point I.3) of this announcement, - It is expressly pointed out that contrary to - 41 (1) SektVO, the tender documents are not complete and therefore can not be used for the submission of tenders. According to - 41 Abs. 4 SektVO and on the basis of - 107 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 GWB only those interested persons receivethose who have applied in due time and in due form, the complete tender documents to be used for the submission of a first binding offer. The tender documents to be used for the submission of tenders are in addition to all documents available digitally via the platform www.vergabe.rib.de.
