Reconversion du batiment CIMENDEF en Conservatoire a Rayonnement Regional/Relance_ lots 1, 2, 6, 10 et 11
La presente consultation a pour objet la relance des lots 1, 2 et 6 ainsi que la realisation des travalocksmith's shop - exterior carpentry (lot 11) and the completion of cleaning services at the end of the building site (lot 10) as part of the work necessary for the conversion of the CIMENDEF building located in Saint-Paul (97460) in regional conservatory
This lot is intended for all demolition work, structural work, structural steel work and screeds.
The candidate or eachmembers of the grouping must provide in support of his application:
1. a letter of application with identification of the candidate or form DC1 conforming to model DC1 attached version October 2016 (in case of grouping, the letter of application (or form DC1) may be common to all the members of the group);
2. the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is injudicial; persons admitted to judicial reorganization or to an equivalent procedure governed by a foreign right must prove that they have been authorized to continue their activity during the period of execution of the contract; a declaration on his honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance and is in good standing with the regard of Articles L.5212-1 to L.5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers, unless the candidate provides a form DC1;
4. a statement concerning the overall turnover AND the turnover of the area of activity in the public market, carried out during the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the company orthe beginning of the economic operator's activity, to the extent that this information is available.

Candidates are informed that each lot requires a figure of annual aggregate minimum case covering 1.5 times the lot estimate published in the notice of appeal.
SPL Maraina is acting in the name and on behalf of the Region Reunion. All theThe times of this notice are in local time. Pursuant to Article 22 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the buyer decides to implement separate adapted procedures for the other lots of the operation, namely:
Lot 5: Stretched canvas ceilings;
Lot 7: Acoustic Finishing - Integrated Furniture - Signetique
Lot 9: Supply and Installation of Furniture
For each lot, exceptexpress declaration of the holder expressed in the act of engagement, an advance will be granted (see the Booklet of Special Administrative Clauses). A holdback of 5% will be exercised on the amount of the market increases of its possible modifications, the VAT at the date of signature of the market being included. The 5% holdback can be replaced at the owner's discretion by afirst-time guarantee under the conditions set out in Article 123 of Decree No. 2016-360. The present market is 100% financed by the own funds of the Region Reunion. Payment will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days. The provisions of Law No. 2013-100 of 28.1.2013 and Decree No. 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 will apply. Each of the lots is treated pglobal and fixed rate applies to all or part of the public market irrespective of the quantities delivered or executed in application of the amount indicated in full in the act of commitment.
Lots 1 and 11 = total amount of firm installment tranche. Market prices are concluded at definitive final prices (see CCAP). In the case where the economic operator is a temporary groupNo companies, no particular form is imposed. However, in the case of a joint grouping, the representative must be solidary. The duration of each lot runs from the date of notification to the end of the guarantee of perfect completion.
Lots 1 and 11 = the starting point of the firm tranche is the date of notification of the market; that of the optional installment, is the date appearing on theservice order validating. In case of waiting or non-firming, the holder of the market will not be able to claim the payment of any waiting allowance or dedit. The overall execution time for all the allotted contracts is 11 months (including the preparation period and the construction outlays) from the date appearing on the service order specifying the start date.the period of preparation. The period of execution of the works incumbent on the holder of the lot concerned is fixed, within the overall execution time, in the provisional schedule of execution annexed to the act of engagement, which specifies the dates of intervention relative to each of the lots. For each lot, the duration of the preparation period is fixed at 1 month from the date fixed by the orderservice for the start of the service.for lots 1 and 11. There will be fixed, if necessary, a period of preparation for the realization of the optional installment. This period of additional preparation will, however, be included in the period of execution of the contract.
