Supply of products aimed at upgrading the Storage and Backup Datacenter system Exaction.

Procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 for the supply of products aimed at enhancing the storage and the Backup Datacenter Esazione system. The products supplied must have a 36-month warranty coverage.

Individuals and associates, as per art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, within the limits set forth in articles 45, 47 and 48 of the same Decree, in possession of the requirements set by the tender lex specialis and by law and for which there are no grounds for exclusion therein .

a) Procurement with Delibera of the General Manager of 31 July 2018.

b) Under penalty of exclusion, competitors are required to pay a contribution of 20.00 EUR (twenty / 00) to ANAC (formerly AVCP), as specified in the Competition regulations.

C) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to apply the art. 110 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
