Provision of application management services of the SAP HCM system and support for payroll processing of Poste Italiane staff

Procurement pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 - Procedure open in telematic mode for the provision of services application management of the SAP HCM system and support for payroll processing of Poste Italiane personnel. The charactersof the service are detailed in the Special Conditions of Charges (CSO) and related annexes.

The contract concerns the provision of specialized services for:

• The application management of the Poste Italiane SAP HCM system (in all its components) standard, custom and in WAS environment) and its interfaces with other business systems;

• application management of the SAP BW systemintegrated with SAP HCM and used for the reporting of payroll monitoring and on labor costs and travel costs;

• support for processing and controlling payroll;

• work advice;

• system support for the functions of Poste Italiane responsible for the operation of SAP systems. A) Registration of the Chamber of Commerce or equivalent body in the case of companies belonging to the EU;

b)Absence of all grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as referred to in art. 133 co. 1 of the aforementioned decree; c) Total specific turnover for the last three financial years approved as of the deadline for submitting an application / offer, concerning the supply of professional services in the SAP HCM / HR area of not less than EUR 4 000 000.00.

For what is not foreseen, reference is made to Parts I and Annexes, including service conditions. In the case of the availment of the economic and financial capacity, other subjects pursuant to Article 89 of Legislative Decree 50/16 as referred to in art. decree, sole participant company or in RTI / Consortium will have to supply with request participation / offer the provisions of art.89 and declarationion Auxiliary company pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/00 availability to sign Framework Agreement in joint liability with Avvalente awarded as per CSO Part I

In case of participation RTI each member must certify in the declaration possession of the requirements of letters a) and b) point III.1.1 Parent company must possess at least 60% of the requirements as per letter c) point III.1.2. Each Mandantand must possess at least 20% of the aforementioned requirement to the aforementioned letter, given that RTI must possess 100% as a whole requisites

The requirements of point III.1.3) letters d) e), may be owned and demonstrated by the overall documentation produced from the individual companies grouped together and participating in the RTI. It is understood that the RTI must have a total of 100% of the requisites required for participation in the tender.

The requirements of point III.1.3) letters f) g) must be owned and demonstrated by each of the grouping companies.

In the case of ordinary Consortiums, at least one of the associated companies must possess Requirements envisaged by mandator, while the others must meet the requirements of the mandator / mandator.

In accordance with the provisions of article 32 co.7 of the Legislative Decree 50/16, Poste has the right to request proof of possession of the declared requisites. Negative outcome verification will result in exclusion from the race. Poste reserves the right at any time not to continue in whole or in part to complete the tender and / or award in part

Completion of the tender procedure does not constitute a duty for Poste d'Entrust service as a whole or in part and in no case to competitors included the winner will be entitled to any remuneration, remuneration, reimbursement or indemnity for presentation of the offer

Company Aggiudicataria ex art.216 co11 D.gs. n. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, will have to provide, within 60 days from the awarding, the reimbursement in favor of the Contracting Authority, expenses incurred by the same for publication of this Announcement for excerpt in the Newspapers, estimated at 4, 000.00 EUR over VAT, according to the methods indicated by Poste when invoicing.

The choice of single lot and necessante for a unique management EndtoEnd of the activities; the division into lots would result in operational inefficiency and strong criticism in the identification / attribution of responsibilities. Activities are not differentiated by business scope.
