The economic operators participating in the present tender in the various legal forms (Temporary Grouping of Companies - RTI -, availing, consortiums, etc.), must send the aforementioned documentation, with the modalities provided by the Disciplinary invitation to tender:

a) application for participation and PassO.E.;

b) model of the Single European Competition Document (DGUE) and Mod. A, made by the legal entities pursuant to art. 80, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, downloadable from the website www.poliziadistato.it;

c) supplementary declarations (pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000), issued by the legal representative of each participating company;

d) demonstration of an ANAC contribution contribution for the lot (s) to be participated in; e) declaration made to read documents by gara, pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000;

f) declaration of consent to the right of access, pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000;

g) security deposit guarantee offer;

h) quality certification;

i) use contract, if any;

l) subcontracting declaration, if applicable;

m) declaration of professional or commercial register ; n) declaration of compliance with the legal right to work for the disabledli;

o) documentation referred to in the following points (economic and financial capacity) or (technical capacity).

Due to the nature of the services, economic operators shall indicate in the DGEU the global turnover for the last 3 financial years (2015, 2016 and 2017) and the average specific annual one in the sector of activity covered by the lot (to be attended) referred tothe last 3 financial years.

The economic operator who, for justified reasons, is not able to present the required references, can prove his / her economic and financial capacity by any other document considered suitable by the contracting authority, pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, and of Annex XVII, part I, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments. The contracting authority guaranteesthe integrity of data and the confidentiality of offers and requests for participation (Article 52, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments). The administration reserves the right to revoke the tender and / or batches, or change the quantities of the lots themselves, due to changed needs that can not be estimated at present.

Any communication concerning the tender, from which the terms essential to thethe contract and supply will be transmitted by the administration to the PEC address of the competing companies, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 82 and subsequent amendments of 7.3.2005, and published on the website www.poliziadistato.it. The award will follow the criteria of the offer at the lowest price (Article 95, paragraphs 2 and 4, of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016) for lots n. 1, 2 and 3, and the most economically advantageous tender (Article 95, paragraphs 2and 6, of Legislative Decree 50/2016) for the remaining lots. The conformity check will be carried out on the Italian territory, with the procedures indicated in the technical specifications of each lot. The delivery of the products must take place, free of charge, near institutions or departments of the State Police in the province.

The administration is not liable for any disruptions resulting from failure to comply with the rules of the postal service orindependent of their will.

L'amministration reserves the right to proceed with the awarding, even in the presence of a single valid offer, if conditions of need and / or convenience are met.

With reference to the provisions of art. 26 of Legislative Decree 9.4.2008, n. 81 and from the art. 16 of Legislative Decree 3.8.2009, n. 106, it should be noted that the Single Document for the Assessment of Interference Risks (DUVRI), attached to theo contract, due to the absence of risks from interference, will have the amounts of security charges equal to zero. The competitors with the participation in the tender allow the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196 and s.m.i., for contractual and insolvency requirements.
