Open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, divided into five lots, for the award, through the stipulation of a framework agreement, of the supply of cables, connectors and patch cords

Framework agreement, with a single economic operator, lasting 36 months, for the supply of: coaxial cables and connectors (lot 1), UTP cables and connectors (lot 2), coD-step connectors (lot 3), assembled fiber optic cables (lot 4) and patch cords (lot 5). For the supply of the cables of lots 1 and 2, the recovery of the relative reels according to the method indicated in the relative technical specifications is provided by the contractor.

Supply of: cablecoax 75 ohm mini RG59 for UHD 12G-SDI digital video signals; 75 ohm BNC connector for mini RG59 cable for UHD 12G-SDI digital video signals; 75 Ohm HDBNC connector for mini RG59 cable for UHD 12G-SDI digital video signals; 75 ohm RG7 coax cable for UHD 12G-SDI digital video signals; 75 ohm BNC connector for RG7 cable for UHD 12G-SDI digital video signals; 75 Ohm HDBNC connector for RG7 cablefor UHD 12G-SDI digital video signals. For the supply of the cables, the recovery of the relative reels according to the method indicated in the relative technical specifications is provided by the contracting supplier. The estimated value and the maximum amount of the related framework agreement is not subject to a discount; this amount is in no way binding or binding on RAI. The actual impgardens of the services to be performed will be determined when signing the implementation contracts using the unit prices indicated in the specification discounted with the single percentage discount. RAI reserves the right, if the contractual amount is not exhausted at the end of the contract term, to extend the duration of the QA for the time necessary to use thethe full contractual amount.

Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.

The competitor not established in ITALY but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the code, presentsworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.

Information and clarifications can be requested no later than 4.5.2020, 24:00, using the message area of the online RdO. The answers to the clarifications will be published on the portal. They are admitted to participate in this tender procedure, in reschest of the conditions provided in the tender documentation, all economic operators referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 for which there are no:

i) the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

ii) the conditions of art. 53, paragraph 16-ter of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001;

iii) further prohibitions to contract with the PA, all as specified in the documentstender. Recourse to subcontracting is allowed under the conditions and within the limits set by art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. RAI reserves the right to proceed with the separate award of individual lots. Each competitor is allowed to win one or more lots. Please refer to the tender specification and attached documents or referred to therein for all matters relating to this procedure.
