We are looking for an experienced employer branding agency, which supports the company in the German market with a clear focus on Berlin.
Particular attention is paid to creative and innovative inventiveness, excellence in implementation and excellent process and project management. It is u. a. also a close and confident cooperation with the other agencyn and service providers of the customer required. High demands are placed on cooperation and willingness to cooperate.

Tasks in detail:
- Carrying out a detailed, sound and scientifically based analysis phase, - Deriving an employer branding strategy from the analysis, - Developing a guiding idea and a creative approach to implementing the guiding idea, - Deriving from Communication modules (crossmedial),
- All internal voting,
- Development and implementationg classic advertising measures such. Eg advertisements, posters, brochures, flyers, regional radio spots if necessary, possibly moving images for different communication channels for target groups,
development and implementation of dialog marketing measures, - consultation and assistance in press and media work, - consultation and implementation from media strategy, planning and purchasing, in particular strategic and conceptualon-line advice and recommendations on suitable online marketing measures (eg display, SEA, SEO, e-mail marketing, social media), - advice and recommendations on possible cooperations. Services are provided in two different phases (see - 2 and - 3 of the contract).
