Statutory audit services is the preparation, execution and documentation of audit feesMain services: Stadtwerke Potsdam GmbH and Toechter in accordance with --15ff AktG

Preparation, execution and documentation of audits of IT systems, infrastructure and auditing services for the client and its affiliated companies pursuant to --15ff AktG -Process according to the specifications.

The required evidence acc, III.1.1 to III. 1.3 shall be summarized in a request for participation (including all attachments) to be completed by the applicant and submitted in writing (electronically and directly via the Brandenburg procurement marketplace) to the client by the end of the participation period. A transfer by other means is not permitted.

The application is completedsigned and signed by the holder, a manager and / or the authorized representative in the original (electronic copy of a legally binding signed document) in due time. With the application all required explanations and proofs are to be submitted. In the case of an applicant community, all application documents are complete afilled in separately for all members of the Applicant Community. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the notice, missing statements and evidence not submitted by the application deadline may be submitted on request until the expiry of a grace period to be determined.

The applicant is not entitled to claim the contract

All references must be accompanied by informative information (essential characteristics, volumes, informative descriptions, etc.).

The application form with the required documents is exclusively in digital format in pdf format or in MS Excel format Compatible, as required to deliver. The digitally transmitted documents and data areto be successfully checked for freedom of virus and malware before being submitted by the applicant. All documents are to be submitted exclusively via the Brandenburg public tender market. As a matter of principle, no application documents will be returned.

The following must be submitted with the application:

- information on whether / = and how economic links exist with other companies,

For ApplicantsInsurance cover must be fully extended to all members and submitted by the authorized representative.

Upon request and at the latest before the conclusion of the contract, the client must also provide: proof that the applicant fulfills his obligation to pay taxes, duties and contributions complied with the statutory social security s

Proof of registration for the Employers' Liability Insurance Association.

Other prerequisites for the employed personnel to be provided by the applicant or the applicant associations:

1) The contractor's employees responsible for providing the services are auditors certified in Germany or comparable,

2) The services provided overwhelming employee mRelevant professional experience of at least 5 years at the time of submission of the tender (Relevant professional experience = auditing of financial statements and audit-related services in comparable areas of performance and industry).

For each tendered service (for each lot) submit with the application:

1.2A) Verification acc. VgV -45 of a valid professional liability insurance

1.2B) Declaration on the net turnover of the applicant in the last 3 completed business years and the derived turnover, with which the services to be awarded are comparable. For candidate communities, the relevant sales are added together and subsequently scored.

1.2C) Proof of occupationsqualification according to --44. As professional qualification the profession of the Wirtschaftspruefers is required.

1.2D) Insofar as the applicant accepts capacities of third parties acc. Section 36 (1) VgV i. V .m. -46 (3) no. 10, - 47 VgV, a declaration of obligation must be submitted to these subcontractors. The candidate must demonstrate, as proof of economic and financial fitness, average turnover of comparable services of at least:

Comparable benefitsare audit examination services that are directly comparable with the services advertised here in the respective lot.

1) The service provision may be wholly or partly also at the locations and / or operating sites of the subsidiaries of the client in accordance with --15ff. AktG take place in the city and catchment area of Potsdam;

2) In this procedure the submission of the participation application and dhe offers at the same time as the designated deadline on 20/03/2019, 11:00 clock. All documents, unless otherwise stated, must be presented together with the application to participate. In addition, the client reserves the right to request further documents in a particular case to assess the suitability; however, he is not obliged to do so;

3) Applicants will have all the tender documents at their fingertipsfor completeness and ambiguity. If, in the Applicant's opinion, the tender documents contain ambiguities, the applicant must inform the contact point named under I.1 of the platform "Marktmarkt" Brandenburg- without delay and before submitting the application for participation and the offer.
