1) Building description:

1.1 Location of the construction site:

1.2 Description of construction project

The construction work involves the development of the Intercommunal Business Park Wilgartswiesen Hauenstein.

There is a sewage pumping station with an industrial building, a Transfer station for drinking water and several technical equipment to erstellen. The structural part of the structures will be realized as part of a separate measure. The technical building equipment is part of this tender.

This construction work is divided into several phases. Additional work and additional costs (such as travel costs) are not separately remunerated and must be included in the unit prices. B.Unloading and making provisional connections are to be carried out at the beginning of the construction work.

These works must be carried out as requested by the site supervisor.

Any additional costs are to be included in the unit prices and will not be reimbursed separately.

1.3 Technical Equipment Wastewater, Drinking Water

1.3.1 Wastewater

The dirty water of the project area becomes-collected via gravity channels and then fed via a pumping station and a waste water pressure line to the Hauenstein drainage system.

The pump shaft is made of PE-HD and must be secured against buoyancy. The delivery of the prudent statics is to be included in the unit prices and will not be paid separately. The shaft is covered with a reinforced concrete slab. Of theEntry is rectangular (1 m x 1 m). The manhole cover was a version with an integrated hinged extendible handrail.

Two free-flow pumps (1 1) are installed in the waste water pumping station.

The machines are equipped with frequency inverters. The pumps are controlled level-dependent.

Inside the pump shaft, the pressure pipes in Edelstahl made. The waste water pressure pipe in the ground is designed as a PE-HD pipe.

To house the control equipment, an industrial building is installed as a pre-fabricated reinforced concrete part. The company building receives a thermal insulation. In the operating building, the compressed air flushing station and the associated switchgear are also installed. The inspection shaft is connected to a spillZeitung. The building receives a supply and exhaust device. The supply air is controlled by a movable blind. The exhaust air is discharged via a fan. The operating building will be connected to the new empty pipe system.

The mains power supply of the sewage pumping station will be from the new substation.
