Open procedure for the supply of n. 32 500 kits for the collection of the biological sample of the oral mucosa, for the needs of P. di S., of the Arma dei Carabinieri and of the Guardia di Finanza

Open procedure, with adjudication offer at the lowest price, for the supply of n. 32 500 sample collection kits biological of the oral mucosa, necessary for the needs of the State Police, of the Carabinieri and of the Guardia di Finanza (FL 389) - 2018.

Main Site: Free delivery at the offices of the State Police, of the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza.

Open procedure, with bid adjudication at the lowest price, for the supply of n. 32 500 kit for the collection of the-biological sample of the oral mucosa, necessary for the needs of the State Police, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza (FL 389) - 2018.

The companies taking part in the present tender in the various legal forms (Temporary Grouping of Companies - RTI -, availment, consortiums, etc.), must send the below indicated documentation, with the modalities provided by theCompetition regulations:

a) application for participation and PassO.E.;

B) model European Single Competition Document - DGUE - and Mod. A, made by the legal entities pursuant to art. 80, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, downloadable from the website www.poliziadistato.it;

c) supplementary declarations (pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000), issued by the legal representative of each participating company;

d) demonstration veANAC contribution contribution;

e) declaration acknowledgment of the tender documents, pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000;

f) declaration of consent to the right of access, pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000;

g) security deposit guarantee offer;

h) quality certification;

i) use contract, if any;

l) subcontracting contract, if any;

m) professional registration or trade registration declarationle;

n) declaration of compliance with the right to work with disabilities;

o) documentation referred to in the following points (economic and financial capacity) or (technical capacity).

Global turnover for the last 3 financial years (2015, 2016 and 2017) and specific turnover in the sector covered by the supply, carried out in at least one of the last 3 financial years (2015, 2016 and 2017), to be indicated-in the DGUE.

The economic operator who, for justified reasons, is not able to present the required references, can prove his / her economic and financial capacity by any other document considered suitable by the Contracting Authority, pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, and of Annex XVII, part I, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments. The contracting authority guarantees the integrity of the data andthe confidentiality of offers and requests for participation (Article 52, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments). The prior information notice has been published in the Official Gazette S32 n. 69354-2018 of 15.2.2018.

The application for participation is not binding for the administration, which reserves the right to revoke the tender and / or the lots, or modify the quantities of the lots themselves, due to changed requirementsnot available in the current state, or due to the unavailability of the financial resources of the pertinent chapter of the financial statements. Any communication relating to the tender, from which the terms essential to the tender and supply will run, will be transmitted by the administration to the registered office or PEC address of the competing companies, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. n. 82 and s.m.i of 7.3.2005, and sarapublished on the website www.poliziadistato.it. The award will follow the criterion of the offer at the lowest price (Article 95, paragraphs 4 and 5 of Legislative Decree 50/2016). The test will take place on Italian territory, at the company or RTI warehouse, without prejudice to the assessment of particular organizational requirements that justify a variation of the testing site. The delivery of the artifacts will have to take place, franklyexpenses, near bodies or departments of the State Police, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza.
