Framework Agreement - Supply and transport of carbon substrates for biological denitrification at urban waste water purifiers managed by IRETI SpA

Main Site: Deliveries must be made at the purification plants operated by IRETI SpA, in the Emilia area (Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia)

Supply and transport of concentrated whey for biological denitrification at the purification plants of urban waste water managed by IRETI SpA

A) registration with the Chamber of Commerce (or in one of the professional registers)of the State of residence if it is a state of the EU, in accordance with the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016) for activities related to the object of the tender;

B) inexistence of the conditions for exclusion from the contracts referred to in art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016

Declaration of at least 2 banks or intermediaries authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree 385/1993, rilaafter the date of publication of the announcement, certifying the correctness and punctuality in fulfilling the commitments made by the competing operator as well as the absence of passive situations as can be deduced from bank transactions or other information held by the institution / intermediary. In case of participation of RTI / Ordinary Consortium / Business Network the requirement ofbe owned by the agent in full while the principal (s) will have to produce at least one reference.

a) This procedure is managed entirely by electronic means pursuant to art. 58, Legislative Decree 50/2016, through the Purchasing Portal of IREN S.p.A. complies with Annex XI to Legislative Decree no. 50/16, which can be reached at the URL: https://portaleacquisti.gruppoiren.it, section calls and notices, according tothe modalities provided for in the tender regulations; the official tender documentation and fully available, electronically, on the aforementioned portal purchase; on the same site it will also publish any revisions and / or incorrect corrections to the tender documents that may become necessary during the procedure; therefore, the competitors are invited to check the eventuathe communications that were published; being made available to all competitors, however, will be considered read; c) in relation to the indication referred to in point II.1.6), it is specified that offers may be submitted for one or more lots; in the indication referred to in point IV.2.2), it is specified that the indicated date must be considered as expiration, under penalty of exclusionion from the tender, for the submission of offers; d) it is specified that, in compliance with the provisions of art. 133, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the digital envelopes of the Economic Offers will be examined before the Administrative envelopes;

e) the Contracting Authority reserves the discretionary power to:

- not proceed with the awarding if no offer is convenient or suitable inlation to the object of the contract or achievable,

- not to award even in the presence of a single valid offer,

- cancel the tender and not proceed with the awarding for proven reasons of self-protection and / or in order to protect the public interest.
