The state of Baden-Wuerttemberg orders vehicles under the re-order option of the already contracted transport contract and the financing contracts of the "BW financing model" network 9a after.-These contracts for network 9a were concluded on 28 September 2016 with the award and end on the internationally agreed timetable change in December 2032.

The railway undertakings (RUs) that have been awarded these tenders will need more for the provision of the services of the traffic contracts rail vehicles. For those procured over the reordering optionVehicles applies the BW financing model. After this, the RU acquires the vehicles from the manufacturer and sells them to the SFBW under assignment of the rights to warranty. The SFBW leases the vehicles for the duration of the transport contract to the RU

The subject of this invitation to tender is the loans for the financing of the vehicle purchase under the re-order option.

The invitation to tender is addressed exclusively to credit institutions domiciled in the European Union.

The investment margin for vehicles for the network 9a, Erste Fahrzeugmehrbestellung, amounts to a total of approximately EUR 11.721 million. New vehicles are absolutely necessary.

The interest commitment covers the entire contract period.

The contract term for the loan (s) is expected to be approximately 26 years.
