Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Feasibility Study for Ibadan -Abeokuta (Ogun Border) road (146km).
(ii) Ibadan - Eleyele -Eruwa - Abeokuta road junction (113km),
(iii) Abeokuta - Alagbe road (84km),
(iv) Alagbe - Ilara - Ilase road (100 km),
(v) Ilase - Sango Ota (56 km)
(vi) Arochukwu - Ohafia - Ebonyi State border (65km),
(vii) Saki - Okerete - Benin Republic roads (60km),
(viii) Sagamu-Ikorodu (31km) connecting Ogun and Lagos;
(ix) Papalanto-Olorimsogo - Ofada - Sagamu Interchange (42Km).
Please note that the accurate length of the proposed roads will be determined by the feasibility studies. The total duration of the Services is about 16 weeks from the commencement date. The Road Sector Development Team (RSDT) now invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expression of interest (EOI) and relevant documents. Interested consultants must submit a Letter of Submission and provide information (consultancy firm details, brochures, description of similar assignments in the past ten years, experience in similar conditions, projects completed with the details of type of the road, road length, location of the road, estimated construction cost of the project, professional staff provided and services rendered .availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.), and other information that would indicate that they are qualified to perform the services. Consulting firms may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications. The short-listing criteria:
1. Proven/demonstrated evidence of previous relevant experiences in similar assignments related to conducting feasibility study of high capacity highways/ expressways and urban transit corridors.
2. Technical and managerial capabilities of each firm, to confirm that the firm has suitably experienced and qualified key personnel, many of whom (the core personnel) should be staff, and demonstrate quality assurance, organizational and technical capabilities; Core business of each firm Consultants will be selectedin accordance with the
Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) procedures set out in the World Banks Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers” dated January 2011 and revised July 2014. The Expressions of Interest should therefore be sufficiently detailed to demonstrate that the prospective candidate has the required experience and competence needed for the assignment.
