Project Measures: The Project provides support to the Municipality of Beira to establish an autonomous municipal Park Management Entity

Requested Services: The requested consultancy services of the Project Management Consultant under this tender shall provide support in:

1. Support in setting-up an autonomous municipal Park Management Entity;

2. Human resource development and coaching in park management, financial management and procurement;

3. Development of annual and multi-year operational plans;

4. Market surveys of commercial properties and real estate, public private partnership (PPP) contracting and leasing;

5. Development of communication strategy including online platforms, marketing and facilitation of campaigns and events.
