Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firm for the Study, Monitoring and Control of the Works of the Extension and Rehabilitation Program of the Sanitation Network of Djibouti (PERRAD).
The PERRAD program consists of carrying out extension and rehabilitation works on the Djibouti sanitation network. It includes:

- the extension of about 25km of gravity collection and discharge network with a diameter of between 160 and 300mm (secondary networks in HDPE or GRP),

- the rehabilitation and possibly the installation of water pumping stations. waste of capacity between 68 and 400 m3 / h,

- the realization of boxes with sanitation connections.

The works will be allotted in a single lot and their duration of realization will be 12 months. Works contracts will be awarded through open tendering.

d) Monitoring and control of all civil works, supply and installation of new hydromechanical and electrical equipment to replace old non-functional equipment and pipelines:

• coordination of works;

• the establishment of work attachments, site meeting minutes and site visits;

• compliance of works and equipment;

• assistance to the Owner for the acceptance of works and commissioning of the facilities.

e) Monitoring of the Environmental and Social Management Plan on the different perimeters;

f) the social support that will follow the installation of the tertiary wastewater network: conducting surveys, assisting with the constitution of subsidy files and awareness campaigns on hygiene and sanitation.
