Consultant in Charge of Studies to Measure the Effects of the Humanite&Inclusion Logistics Platform in Burkina Faso
The service could take place in 4 stages:
1. Identify possible solutions and propose methodologies to understand the changes and measure the effects of the ATLAS Logistics platform in Burkina Faso
2. Based on the chosen methodology, design the protocol, develop the data collection tools and deploy in the field
3. Formalize and promote the results of the study
4. Formalize the approach to measuring the effects and the tools adapted for the following phases of the project
Profile :
· Training, experience, references and category requested for each expert
· Holder of a Master's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
· Significant experience in designing methodologies and creating tools for measuring project effects
· Proven experience of collecting data in the field, with different actors, and of analyzes within the framework of a MEAL approach
· Experience in a sub-Saharan context strongly desired, at least in a volatile security context
· Understanding of the challenges and constraints of humanitarian logistics is a plus
· Ability to communicate in writing and orally in a clear, concise and responsible manner, and to adapt to different interlocutors, in French
· Rigor ; Autonomy; Sense of initiative ; Great adaptability; Good stress management
DURATION AND PLACE OF EXECUTION
· start date: 09/01/2023
· End date of the mission : 05/31/2023
· Effective duration of work : 2.5 months

· Place of residence (remote delivery)
· HI headquarters in Lyon (if necessary)
· Burkina Faso (in regions depending on the evolution of the context)
