Tenders are invited for Consultant for the Capitalization of the EHA Projects of Secours Islamique France.

SIF has been present in Chad since 2010, and implemented in five Provinces of the country (Mandoul, Kanem, Chari-Baguirmi, Hadjer-Lamis and Moyen-Chari) Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, and Food Security projects. . 2. General objective of the Consultancy:

This consultancy will have to allow the SIF to have a more global and precise vision of the WASH projects carried out in Chad and their impacts in a spirit of accountability towards the beneficiaries, the donors, the Chadian authorities and the donors. continuous improvement of its interventions.

3. Specific objectives and expected results:

The consultant`s work should help meet the following specific objectives:

SO3: Valorisation of the capitalization of SIF projects in Chad

o Write a document of 10 pages maximum to value the work of the SIF in Chad in the field of WASH by valuing the best practices and the most efficient projects, listing the major challenges encountered and highlighting the evolution of the strategy EHA of SIF in Chad.

o Write a summary of 2 pages maximum to disseminate the key information popularized this capitalization to the general public.



4. Methodological approach:

The choice of the methodology is left to the initiative of the consultant and will be an integral part of his technical proposal. This is the main criterion on which the offer will be judged. It will then be the subject of open discussion and validation by SIF. However, it should include:

o Initial and regular exchanges with the Program Coordinator / Field Coordinator, WASH Referent at HQ, and any other relevant member of the SIF team (headquarters or field).

o An analysis of the primary and secondary data transmitted by the SIF then collected in the field by the consultant and his team

o Meetings with key players and key partners in the capital and in the field (a list will be provided by SIF)

5. Deliverables:

6. Profile Required:
