7. PROFILE OF CANDIDATES AND APPLICATION

The following skills are sought:

· Proven experience in action research processes;

· Experience in the field of education, pedagogy, youth, sociology, psycho-social skills, particularly in Brazil and sub-Saharan Africa;

· Knowledge of popular education methods;

· Knowledge and experience of organizations (OCB and NGOs);

· Knowledge of participatory animation techniques;
