Deadline: 28.11.2018, 00:00
Consultancy service to produce background paper for policy dialogue on the implementation of UNSCR 1325 and 1820 in the IGAD region and the development of policy briefs for National Action Plans to implement UNSCRs on Gender, Peace and Security for Ethiopia and Somalia
IGAD Secretariat requires the services of a gender, peace and security research expert to conduct an assessment on the status quo of the implementation of UNSCR 1325 in the IGAD region with a particular focus on the respective National Action Plans (NAPs), the achievements and challenges in implementing the NAPs in the IGAD Member States as well as recommendations for IGAD as a regional organisation as well as for each IGAD Member State to boost UNSCR 1325 &1820 implementation.
