Submission conditions
1. Composition of the file
The submitted file includes the following documents:
Administrative documents :
▪ A duly signed cover letter addressed to the President of the IFJD;
▪ A brief description of the factors justifying that the candidate is best suited for the mission;
▪ A CV;
▪ Copies of diplomas and other certificates;
▪ Copy of the national identity card;
▪ Copies of any other administrative document deemed important.
Documents techniques :
▪ Understanding the TOR, critical review, recommendations and possible observations;
▪ Details of the recommended working methodology, supplementing or specifying these terms of reference;
▪ A forecast timetable of tasks for carrying out the different stages of the service;
▪ Copies of similar previous research, materials and training.
▪ A financial proposal, which will not include the costs of the mission to Bangui (plane ticket, per diem, local transport), nor the logistical costs linked to the organization of the workshop. The IFJD will cover all of these costs, as well as the entire organization of the workshop. The financial proposal will include between 15 and 25 days of expertise.
