Tenders are invited for Construction of Pump House at Dame Le Roi, Baie Lazare

Puc Intends to Construct a Pump House at Dame Le Roi, Baie Lazare. The Works will Comprise of the Following: Excavation Works, Backfilling and Mcompaction with Selected Excavated or Imported Materials, Construction of Reinforced Concrete Structures, Carpentry Works- Timber Rafters etc., Steel Works, Masonry Works, Painting and Finishing Works, Fencing.
Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a nonrefundable fee of SCR 250.00 each as from Friday 28th June 2019 to Friday 5th July 2018 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.
Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 10th July 2019 at 9:00hrs at Electricity House, Roche Caiman.
Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site starting at Electricity House, Roche Caiman on Wednesday 10th July 2019 after the pre-bid meeting.note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit.
Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSE AT DAME LE ROI, BAIE LAZARE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
