Expression of Interest are invited for Construction of a Pilot Service Station in the Locality of Bibemi, Benoue Department, Northern Region .
The work, subject of this Notice of Solicitation for Expression of Interest, includes:

2-1. For the Studies and Installation of the site, it is in particular:

a. the study of the site, realization and project plan;

b. site installation;

vs. bringing in and removing equipment;

d. preparatory works and earthworks.

2-2. For civil engineering works, these include:

a. building foundation work (shop and lubrication bay);

b. building elevation works (shop and lubrication bay);

vs. building cladding work (shop and lubrication bay);

d. aluminum, metal and wood carpentry work;

e. sanitary plumbing works;

f. work on massifs, awnings and islands;

g. fuel tank pit construction works;

h. external development work and connections (VRD);

i. general electrical work at the station;

d. Awning, Canopy and Totem construction works;

k. finishing work.

2-3. For work in hydrocarbons, these include in particular:

a. supply and installation of hydrocarbon pipes;

b. supply and installation of tanks and Kerobar including detection kit for each tank;

vs. supply of material and servicing equipment.

2- 4. For miscellaneous work, these include: the supply and commissioning of fire-fighting materials and equipment; the supply, installation and commissioning of a generator; vs. supply of building office furniture;

d. drilling works;

e. construction work on a support for the water tank and installation of a ladder with 40 angle guardrail and anti-corrosive paint to a height of 8 metres.
