Tenders are invited for Construction of Forests Equipped with Human-Powered Pumps in Manoyo I of Bot Makak Community, in the Department of Nyong and Kelle in Emergency Procedures

Consistency of the services

8. Consultation of the file
The Open National Bidding Documents can be consulted during business hours at the Town Hall of BOT MAKAK as soon as this National Open Tender Notice is published.

9. Acquisition of the file
The Open National Bidding Documents can be obtained at the Town Hall of BOT MAKAK (General Secretariat) as soon as this Notice is published, against presentation of a receipt of payment of 50 000F (fifty thousand francs) CFA to the Municipal Recipe BOT MAKAK .

10. Submission of bids
Each offer written in French or in English and in seven (07) copies, including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must reach the Town Hall of BOT MAKAK no later than July 25, 2019. at 12 noon against receipt and must be marked:

11. Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a provisional guarantee issued by a first-rate banking institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, the amount of which is set at:

and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the initial date of validity of the offers.
Under penalty of rejection, the temporary bond must be imperatively produced in original dating of not more than three (03) months.
The provisional guarantee will be released fifteen (15) days after the publication of the results and at the latest thirty (30) days after the period of validity of the tenders for the tenderers who have not been retained. For the tenderer awarded the contract, the provisional guarantee will be released after constitution of the final bond.
