Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of a Borehole Equipped with Solar Panels and Water Tower for the Supply of Drinking Water to the CFM of Ebebda.

Consistency of the services:
The works, subject of this Invitation to Tender, consist for each of the lots in carrying out the following tasks:
1. Geophysical studies for implantation
2. Implantation;
3. Tricone drilling 13''3 / 4 mud in the alerites and hammer down hole in the formations of the base (cutting 8 '');
4. Provision and installation of 160 mm PVC capture casing;
5. Supply and installation of a calibrated filter bed;
6. Anti-pollution cement;
7. Development of air-lift drilling until clear water is obtained (3h / borehole);
8. High-speed and long-term pumping test;
9. Physico-chemical and bacteriological analysis;
10. Construction of a coping;
11. Equipment for submerged pump drilling and drilling connection;
12. Supply and installation of solar panels and accessories;
13. Supply, installation and connection of the primary energy source;
14. Manufacture and installation of water tower including all accessories;
15. Supply and installation of water pipes, fittings, piping equipment and accessories;
16. Construction and connection of water terminals (taps) and manholes;
17. Testing of installations.

Financing:
The services, which are the subject of this invitation to tender, are financed by the C2D resources, subject of the Convention n ° CCM1276 01 P of June 28, 2012.

Acquisition of the file:
The bidding documents can be obtained during business hours from the Department of General Affairs (Sub-Directorate of Budget and Public Procurement) of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training at the Nlongkak Ministerial Building, Tel. 222 20 45 81, against payment to the public treasury by the bidder, of the non-refundable amount of forty-five thousand (45, 000) CFA francs.

Provisional bond:
Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond of 500, 000 (five hundred thousand) CFA francs for each lot, issued by a financial institution approved by the Minister of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO. The validity of this deposit must be one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for submission of offers.
