Description: The contract consists of construction work for the buildings, fittings and equipment of the National Center for the Environment and Automobile Safety (CNESA).
The CNESA is designed to revive motor vehicle inspections, train personnel from the Vehicle Environment and Safety Centers (CESA), and train professional truck drivers.
It will have a technical control hangar with two control lines including one line for Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) and the other line for Light Vehicles (Light Vehicles); a technical direction, a general direction, a building for housing, a restaurant, latrine blocks, a local generator, septic tanks with soak-up well, a borehole with castle water, booths, a training room and a fence.
An access road will be developed as well as the roads and various networks for servicing the center.
