1. The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received a loan from the African Development Bank for the partial financing of the Transport Sector Support Program phase 3: Construction of the Ring Road, and intends to use part of the resources granted under this loan to finance the technical, economic, financial, social and environmental studies of certain roads on the national road network following the following allotment:

2. The services provided under this operation which is subdivided into three (03)separate lots will be carried out in two phases:
Ø Phase I studies on the proposed draft Summary (APS) to identify development options and produce companies tender documents;
Ø Phase II of the Detailed Pre-Project (PDA) studies which will focus on the deepening of the options selected at the end of the PSA phase and the preparation of the Tender Documents.
3. The Minister of Public Works invites the Consultants to submit their application for the lot (s) requested, in order to provide the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of
similar services, experience in comparable missions). Consultants can join a group to increase their chances of qualification.
4. The eligibility criteria, the shortlist and the selection procedure will be in accordance with the " Procurement Policy for Bank Group-financed Operations" dated October 2015, which are available on the Bank's website at http://www.afdb.org .
5. Interested Consultants may obtain further information at the address below, the following office hours of opening: between 09 hours and 16 hours.
6.
