The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for medicines with the active ingredient dronedarone (ATC code according to WHO: C01BD07). The contract is concluded within the framework of a so-called open house model, i.e. H. a contract has been concludedOpen to all interested pharmaceutical companies within the participation period, provided they meet and accept the participation requirements. This means that individual contract negotiations are not carried out and (delivery) exclusivity is not given. It will representpointed out that the purchase quantity is unknown because it depends on demand and the development of the number of insured people, on the prescribing behavior of doctors as well as the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. Minimum purchase quantities are therefore not guaranteednted. Interested pharmaceutical companies can download the participation documents via the project room of the German Procurement Portal (DTVP).
