Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount contract in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for medicines with the active ingredient dronedarone (ATC code: C01BD07) within the period from May 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2026 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time during the term ("open- house model").
ToAOK Niedersachsen offers the active ingredient dronedarone (ATC code: C01BD07). The health insurance fund for the period up to the entry into force of exclusive contracts as a result of a formal procurement procedure in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB to all interested pharmaceutical companies, without Auselection decision, discount contracts. The contracts are concluded as part of an "open-house model" and act as a bridge between the start of generic competition (patent expiry) and the award of exclusive contracts. The contracts offered are not exclusive; Contracts with everyoneen market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Niedersachsen.
