Tenders are invited for Concerning the Opening Work of the Comoe River Mouthouts in Grand Bassam.
1. The Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has received funding from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) to finance part of the Cocody Bay and Ebrié lagoon (PABC), and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the opening works of the mouth of the river Comoé at Grand Bassam .
2. This work includes: the strengthening of the Mondoukou Bridge, earthworks and dredging of the mouth of the mouth; the construction of two (02) rock protection dams and artificial blocks; the realization of the protections of the two (02) banks of the channel of the mouth.
3. The PABC Management Unit, the project's project owner, acting in the name and on behalf of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, Client, solicits tenders under a sealed envelope from the eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to perform the work.
4. The market will be spent on unit prices.
5. Bidders may obtain information and to read the tender documents from the Management Unit of the Safeguard Project and the Bay of Cocody Valuation and Ebrié lagoon (UG-PABC) to the address below from Monday to Friday, during office hours namely from 09:00 to 17:00.
6. The qualifications requirements are:
a) To see a minimum annual sales turnover of twenty (20) billion (20, 000, 000, 000) CFA F which corresponds to the total of the mandated payments received for contracts in progress or completed during the last ten (10) years (2008-201 7 ) or (200 9 -201 8 );
b) To be seen over the last ten (10) years (200 8 -201 7 ) or (200 9 - 201 8 ), successfully completed as a prime contractor at least one (01) project of nature and complexity comparable to the work specified in section II of the Bidding Documents (DAO), with a minimum value of fifteen billion ( 15, 000, 000, 000) FCFA each;
c) Have access to financing such as liquid assets, bank credit line, other than the potential start-up loan amounting to CFAF 3 billion (3, 000, 000, 000).
d) Have the essential equipment specified in section III - Evaluation Criteria of the Bidding Documents.
e) Have the necessary key personnel specified in section III - Evaluation Criteria of the Tender Documents.
7. A complete set of French tender documents may be consulted free of charge or purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request to the address below and on payment of a non-refundable amount of One hundred and fifty thousand (150, 000) CFA Francs, on working days, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. The payment can be made in cash payment to the financial unit of the PABC Management Unit, or by certified check, direct deposit on the account opened at the Bank of Treasury Deposits No. CI650 01001010396500000 95 .
8. The provisions of the Instructions to Candidates and the General Administrative Clauses are those of the standard tender dossier for the work of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) and the OPEC Fund for the International Development (OFID).
9.
