1. The Government of the Republic of Congo has obtained funding from the French Development Agency ("AFD") to finance the cost of the Extension Project in the peripheral zones and the reinforcement of the Drinking Water Service. Brazzaville (PEPS). The proposed technical solution for the future LCDE Information System is articulated around the following elements:

The compliance and layout of the main computer room of the Directorate General (DG) in Brazzaville;

The construction or repair of the computer cabling of all the sites of LCDE in Congo;

Implementing a network infrastructure with a secure IT core network at the DG level;

Implementation of a server infrastructure at the DG level;
Interconnection of remote sites of LCDE in Congo.

3. Eligible and interested Bidders may obtain information from the Water, Electricity and Urban Development Project Coordination Unit (PEEDU) - 2nd Floor of the Ministry of Equipment and Road Maintenance Headquarters - BP 2099 Brazzaville, Republic of Congo - Tel: +242 05 556 87 87 - E-mail: pedu_congo@yahoo.fr, and read the Tender Documents at the same address from Nine (9) hours to fifteen (15) hours, Monday to Friday.
