Complete integrated waste collection and transport service E.E.R. code 19 07 03 landfill leachate, other than that referred to in 19 07 02 * produced by exhausted consortium landfills... This concerns - for the contract in particular - the leachate extracted from the two exhausted non-hazardous waste consortium landfills located in: 1) Municipality of Cambiano (TO) - Strada Provinciale 123 snc - Località Valle San Pietro Cascina Benne snc. To be collected from the reinforced concrete collection tank present presso il piazzale di ingresso. 2) Municipality of Riva near Chieri (TO) - Strada Ronello - Località Basse snc. To be taken from the four above-ground fiberglass tanks equipped with hand-wheel gates located near the internal service road on the southern edge of the landfill. This waste must be collected and transported using trucks or articulated tank trucks to urban or industrial waste water purification plants for the treatment of special non-hazardous liquid waste, suitable, authorized and authorized for the type of EER Code and quantity in question. CONTRACT DURATION: 12 (twelve) months presumably from 01.05.2026 to 30.04.2027 with exercise of the right of option to extend the service (art. 120 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Code) of another 12 (twelve) months equal to a total of 24 (twenty-four) months and in any case, starting from the actual start date of the service, even postponed compared to that provided therein, the aforementioned duration remains unchanged. It must therefore be accepted that the service must be carried out for the entire actually produced quantity of leachate, in the context of a tailor-made contract, under the same agreements, economic and technical contract conditions, ...
