Competitive dialogue, pursuant to the combined provisions of articles 70, paragraph 3, letter. a) and 74 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 for the awarding of design services and construction works for three plants... Monterosa S.p.A. intends to proceed with the assignment, through competitive dialogue pursuant to art. 74 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the technical-economic feasibility design, the executive design and works aimed at replacing the Alpe Mandria and Lago Ciarcerio - Alpe chairlifts Belvedere. The competitive dialogue is aimed at identifying the offer that presents the best quality-price ratio for the execution of the services and works in question as well as at defining the most suitable means to make the systems operational for the season 2027/2028. All without prejudice to the possibility for economic operators to propose improved solutions compared to those identified by the contracting body.
