Tender Details

Quotation are invited for CMR old consular building Renovation Project.
Civil / Interior Works

a. Produce architectural design for the project.

b. Installation of drywall gypsum board for Partition (as per the

drawing see the below appendix). With all drywall accessories

c. Erection of 4” thick dry wall partition.

d. Painting the entire Building.

e. Install interior vinyl tile floor.

f. Replace the old force entry doors with 3 new hallow metal doors

with their frames.

g. Installing new hollow metal doors with their frame replacing the

doors.

h. Installing a new toilet door.

i. Remove the existing septic tank sludge.

j. Repair the concrete septic tank and install a new manhole opening.

k. Repair the concrete pad surrounding the building.

l. Removing the old toilet seats, sink and all plumbing fixtures.

m. Installing new toilets seats, new sink, new mirror, and new toilet tap.

n. Replace the existing roof by galvanized steel sheet with the

woodwork around it, the roof must be sealed to element.

2. Plumbing

a) Remove old plumbing fixtures like the old toilet seat, toilet sink

damage or broken plumbing fixtures.

b) Install new plumbing fixtures with new toilet mirror.

3. HVAC

Provide 3 split air conditioning units of 12, 000BTU.

4. Electrical work

i. provide and install new LED light fixtures.

ii. provide and install electrical outlets in the proposed area

spaces as per locations shown in the electrical drawing.

iii. Supply and install 600 x 600 recessed light fittings (or

similar), non-reflective energy saving units, to provide

adequate light throughout.

iv. Add additional 11 duplex receptacles (7 new duplex

receptacles added in the ACC room, 2 new duplex
