Expression of Interest are invited for Civil Consultant/Civil Consultancy Firm.
DELIVERABLES:

The main activities for the Consultant/Consultancy Firm are as follow:

1. Conduct geotechnical site survey.

2. Conduct and seek planning approval for architectural, structural/civil and mechanical, electrical and

plumbing design new building ground plus one floor.

3. Prepare all bid documents and launch tender to local civil contractors.

4. Assisting SCAA in the evaluation process for technical and financial proposals.

5. Coordinating with Public Utility Company for provision of water and electricity.

6. Providing supervision throughout construction of the new building;

7. Conducting survey for provision of rain water harvesting system with underground storage tank for

landscaping and sanitary purposes;

8. Conducting survey of roof structure for the housing of PV system

9. Conduct works supervision during construction stage.

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. University degree in Civil Engineers/Quantity Surveyor (Bcs degree or equivalent)

2. At least 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering work (Design and Supervision of projects)

3. Evidence of past experience in work of similar nature

More details for the project can be found in the Terms of Reference (TOR) which can be collected at the

Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Reception Office as from Tuesday 26th December 2017 from 0900hrs to

1500hrs. Deadline for the collection of TOR will be Friday 29th December 2017.

All interested parties should submit their interest to the “Chief Executive Officer, Seychelles Civil Aviation
