Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Design Office/Firm/Firm in Charge of Carrying out Technical, Environmental and Social Impact Studies of Drinking Water Supply Infrastructures, Agricultural Irrigation, Fish Farming, and Transhumant Livestock - Monitoring and Control of Works in the Prefectures of Ouaka and Kemo.
The Consultant's mission (Design Office / Firm / Firm) is to carry out studies and control the development of infrastructures for access to drinking water, irrigation, fish farming and transhumant livestock in the prefectures of Kémo and Ouaka (project area). The objective is the realization by the Consultant (Design Office / Firm / Firm), in collaboration with the MADR and the CGP, of the following five (05) Missions• * Technical and socio-economic studies (APS and APD); • Environmental and social Impact studies (ESIA); * Preparation of Tender Documents for works (CAD); • Support to the Client in the process of awarding works contracts; • Control and supervision of works. Specifically, the work will focus on: a. Development of irrigated perimeters Development of 200 ha of rice-growing perimeter (Ouaka 100 ha and Kémo 100 ha) b. Construction of educational infrastructures Construction of irrigation system with an area of 1000 m2 (Drip, by sprinkling and by perforated pipes) in the Kémo
