CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS The Ems-Nordsee Waterways and Shipping Authority (WSA) as the AG and project sponsor is planning to replace the Herbrum lock. The Herbrum lock is located in the northwest of Lower Saxony in the Emsland district and is the entrance lock to the Dortmund-Ems Canal (DEK) coming from the North Sea is part of the DEK. Soil mechanical and environmental laboratory tests are required to dismantle the old lock chamber and build a new replacement. SERVICES OF THE CONTRACTOR - Sample transport - Composite sampling - Geotechnical laboratory tests - Environmental laboratory tests The contractor (contractor) is required to create professional environmental mixed samples and to carry out soil mechanical and environmental laboratory tests. ----- Exploration measures and sample storage: The material to be examined is obtained from water and land-side core drillings as well as land-side small-scale ramming drillings. In addition, groundwater measuring points will be set up and water samples (ground and Surface water samples) were taken. The core drillings are drilled in the form of liner drillings. All soil and water samples taken/drilled from the core drillings and the small ram drillings will be carried out by someone commissioned by the client Transported to a sample storage facility by the drilling company.
