Expression of Interest are invited for Pre-Qualification of Technical Design Offices Responsible for Carrying out Architectural Studies for the Construction of a R+2 Commercial Complex.
The selected Technical Design Office will be responsible for:
Making a topographical survey of the site where the planned R+2 commercial complex will be built;
Develop the architectural sketches (ESQ) of the project;
Carry out summary and detailed pre-project studies (APS and APD) which will take into account new spatial and functional development solutions, taking into account the current population of the city of Akono and surroundings;
Estimation of the cost of carrying out the project;
Develop a draft business consultation file (DCE) of the work to be carried out;
Draft the terms of reference (TOR) for the recruitment of a firm that will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the works.
Deliverables (architectural and structural plans, topographic survey, geotechnical report, etc.).
Description of services
The services covered by the study relate to the design of a new R+2 type building to house shops and accommodation.
It will include:
Ground floor:
Shops;
Toilets ;
Car park ;
A layout plan for the courtyard and green spaces and possibly a swimming pool.
Common floors:
T3 and T4 type apartments per level;
One bathroom in the master bedroom and the other for visitors per apartment and level;
Balconies to the right of the living room, the master bedroom and the kitchen;
Two staircases, one main and the other emergency;
An elevator shaft if necessary with a technical room
