Scope of the Intervention
The Service Provider will have to Assume the following Responsibilities, in Accordance with the Documents Constituting this Call for Tenders, the following Deliverables are Expected from the Tenderers:

1. Develop a Technical Execution File for each Center / Establishment on the Basis of a Site Visit. Prior Assessment of the Health Center in Question to Confirm the Quantities and Quality of the Planned Materials (See Annex 1 for Technical Sheet);

2. Submit an Installation Plan for each Photovoltaic System in the Priority Sections: Maternity, Pediatrics, and Section of the Location of Oxygen Concentrators Taking into Account the Existing Generators in each Health Center;

3. Provide the Materials with All the Accessories Necessary for the Installation of the System;

4. Ensure the Transport of Materials and Accessories and Proceed with the Complete Installation and Commissioning of the Solar Systems in each Designated Health Center, Taking into Account the Power Supply from the Generator;

5. Build a Metal Cage to Secure the Installed Batteries;

6. Commission the Installed System, Ensuring that it Operates Properly and Supplies the Buildings Concerned Perfectly;

7. Provide Beneficiaries (Health Centers) with Technical Assistance and Information Necessary for the Use and Maintenance of the Installed System;

8. See the Energy Audit Report of the Selected Health Centers (Highlighted in Green) in (Annex 4)
