A new open campus-wide building management system is to be built on the campus of the Nuremberg University of Technology. In the first development stage of the UTN campus site, six new buildings are to be built in four partial construction measures. The data points After completion, there will be approximately 110, 000 physical and 75, 000 virtual data points in approximately 4, 800 system images, which will be connected to the new building management system. The new building management system to be built should be in the Technical center of ?Cube One? be set up as a workstation PC, with a later move to a virtual server. As part of this award and as part of the construction of the new building management system, the completed building “Cube One” is to be built. with about 400 physical and 400 virtual data points will be the first building to be connected.
