Denmark, represented in Mali by the Royal Danish Embassy (ARD), wishes to set up a fund through which it would be possible to finance, in a relatively flexible manner, various emerging initiatives and drivers of change in civil society.
The purpose of this mission is to ensure, on behalf of the ARD, the project owner in the management, monitoring, monitoring-evaluation and closure of the activities of the second phase of the Support Fund for Drivers of Change (FAMOC II) .
Scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following tasks:
•Facilitate the transfer between the outgoing manager and the new one;
•Ensure the implementation of Project Document, including selection and monitoring of projects, monitoring of performance contracts, quality of reporting from beneficiaries, monitoring- beneficiary assessment and evaluationthe level of achievement of results (impact, direct effect and outputs);
•Identify the capacity building needs of beneficiaries and implement related activities;
•Ensure the capitalization of beneficiaries' experiences in terms of human rights, inclusion in thedecision-making, citizen engagement and control, media as engines of peace, conflict management and also the communication of the results obtained;
•Ensure administrative and financial management
