Denmark, represented in Mali by the Royal Danish Embassy (ARD), wishes to set up a fund through which it would be possible to finance young people's businesses. The purpose of this Mission is to ensure, on behalf of the ARD, the project owner in the management, monitoring, follow-upi-evaluation and closure of the activities of the second phase Support Fund for Business Creation by Young People (FACEJ).
The scope of the work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following tasks:
•Finalize the activities of FACEJ I
•Facilitate the transfer between the manageroutgoing and the new;
•Ensure the implementation of Project Document, including selection and monitoring of projects, monitoring of performance contracts, quality of reporting of beneficiaries, monitoring-evaluation of beneficiaries and evaluation the level of achievement of results (impact, edirect effect and outputs);
•Identify the capacity building needs of beneficiaries and implement related activities;
•Ensure the capitalization of beneficiaries' experiences in terms of human rights, inclusion in decision-making, commitment and control ccitizen, media as engines of peace, conflict management and also the communication of the results obtained;
•Ensure administrative and financial management
