CALL FOR INTEREST IN PARTICIPATION IN E-TENDERING TRAINING SG / TCD10 / 2019/07 / 002The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has put in place an online management system its processes of expressions of interest and tenders, as well as the communication with the tenderers. The use of this tool of gestion, called "E-TENDERING", requires prior training of legal persons (organizations or institutions) and natural persons (consultants and individual service providers) local.This training to be organized very soon, all natural and legal persons wishing to work ( and / or continue to work) with UNDP are invitedto submit a request for participation to the Deputy Resident Representative / Operations.The application, under a sealed envelope, marked "request to participate in E-TENDERING training" reference number SG / TCD10 / 2019/07/002 must be submitted to the following address, no later than 05 August 2019 at 10:00 am: United Nations Development ProgramFarcha, Roundabe La Francophonie, Nelson Mandela AvenueB.P. 906 N`Djamena in Chad, at the gatehouse of the guards in the villa blanche.The request must specify: 1- The name (s) of the participant (s) and his / her address (es) e-mail (For companies, the e-mail address will include the name of the company) 2- Telephone numbers.The training must have the following equipment and skills: 1- Have a laptop and a high-capacity modem for the internet connection during the training course. 2. Be familiar with the computer tool including Powerpoint software, Excel and Word.3- Number of participants per organization: maximum 2personsThe other conditions of participation will be communicated to the interested parties at the time of the convening.
