Description : To solicit offset printing companies that have the technical and production capability to produce consistent, high-quality printed products without size restrictions throughout the year.
Printing services may be required for a range of communication products, including but not limited to publications, posters, banners, folders, leaflets/brochures, stickers and specialty/promotional items. As needs dictate by programme, and under the guidance of WHO's Communication Graphic Designer, the selected printing company will be expected to:
Provide quotes as per print specifications provided by WHO, within requested time frames.
When needed or as requested, recommend suitable specifications for the best quality product.
Provide proofs for approval prior to printing.
Ensure highest quality printing in keeping with standards in the publishing industry.
Advise on realistic timeframes to provide deliverables and ensure delivery of final print products within agreed timelines.
